When you assess where your money is coming from, your current tactics will fall into 1 of 3 buckets:


Stoptactics that you are investing in but are not driving profit. 

Start tactics that you haven't invested in but have proven to be profitable.


Scaletactics that you are investing in, that have been proven profitable, and could potentially be expanded on.

Discover where value is being added using either of these views.


Acquisition > All Traffic > Source/Medium

+ Secondary Dimension "Landing Page"

Use this view to see which tactics are driving the most traffic and how qualified that traffic is. Refer to "users," "avg. time on site," and "goal completions."

Conversions > Mult-Channel Funnels > Assisted Conversions

(select Source/Medium)

Use this view to see which tactics are leading to the most profits and/or leads either directly or indirectly. Refer to "Assisted Conversion Value" and "Last Click or Direct Conversion Value."
